Full access to GoHighLevel’s suite of tools

Custom-built accounts tailored for your business

Technical support and troubleshooting

Training and implementation assistance

1.2 Our Proprietary Tools

Our Platform includes custom tools and integrations that are protected by intellectual property law.

You agree not to:

Share or redistribute our proprietary tools

Reverse engineer our implementations

Use the snapshot feature to copy our configurations

Share your access credentials

Allow unauthorized access

1.3 Penalties for Misuse

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in:

Immediate account termination

Legal action and recovery of all legal costs


2. Payments & Billing

2.1 How We Process Payments

All payments are processed through Shutr Enterprises LLC via Stripe.

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Subscription Plans

Plans and pricing are shared to clients during sign on.

We may update pricing with prior notice.

All subscriptions are prepaid.

2.3 Payment Terms

No refunds on subscription fees.

Setup fees are refundable under the following conditions:

1. A written refund request (email is acceptable) is submitted by the client before their account is activated and the first subscription fee is processed. within 30 days of account activation and first

2. The client provides a reasonable explanation for dissatisfaction or a change of circumstances.

3. The client has not breached any part of the service agreement or acceptable use policy.

4. The refund applies solely to the initial setup fee and does not include any subscription fees, additional services, or third-party charges.

5. Refund requests will not be accepted once the first subscription fee has been processed.

6. Upon refund approval, the client’s access to the platform, subaccount, and related services will be terminated immediately.


All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion, and eligibility may be revoked if misuse or abuse of this policy is suspected.


3. Support & Customization

3.1 Support Availability

3.2 Included Customization & Fixes

Since each Shutr account is custom-built, minor changes and fixes to your account’s setup are included in your service.

This includes:

Adjustments to automation workflows

Modifications to existing templates

Basic troubleshooting and optimizations


Larger modifications or feature requests may be subject to review.


4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You must:

Keep your login credentials secure

Not share account access

Update us if your contact details change

Report unauthorized access immediately

4.2 Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Follow all applicable laws

Not infringe on others' rights

Not attempt to copy or reverse-engineer our tools

Not use the Platform for harmful activities
